Thank you for considering our Queensland Knee Surgery. If you need to discuss a patient directly, please contact me directly by filling out the “Urgent Referrers Contact”.
First visit
Bring these with you:
- Referral letter: From a specialist if you have one.
- Imaging: Any X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans of your knee.
- Medication list: Include all prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, and supplements.
- Insurance info: Private health insurance details and any relevant cards (Medicare, DVA, etc.).
- Photo ID: Driver's license or other form of identification.
Be prepared to discuss:
- Your pain: How it affects your daily life and activities.
- Treatment goals: What you hope to achieve with surgery.
- Lifestyle: Activity levels, work duties, and home environment.
- Support network: Family or friends who can help after surgery.
